and it's hilarious!!!

This sore throat is killing me
I canceled two meetings in order to stay at home (near the bed) and I try to get better
Luckily I'm not alone in my fight with the disease
Maria, my 'behind-the-wall' roommate feels alike
and so we drink tea
we update each other about all the disgusting details
and we gargle

we gargle sliwowitz
and now we can speak about a fight or more of a battle
you see, the gargling itself is only a funny sound
but the feeling after you swallow
you don't feel your tongue, you can't breathe, you smell only alcohol and you have tears in your eyes
but in the end you feel better
a bit
and so we're gonna meet again in the bathroom around lunchtime
with a bottle in our hands

I DON'T NEED SEX, SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE FUCKS ME ALL THE TIME - this is the name of the facebook group, where I found this and it's absolutely awesome and true:
If you are architecture students you've probably experienced:
-the taste of wood glue
-changes in your vocabulary: homework to project, ball to sphere, etc
-you don't understand how somebody can spend less than $20 at the supplies store
-you hate people telling you "go to sleep" or "do you still have a lot of work?"

home for the weekend... enjoying it as hell, 'cause there's peace and quiet when my parents are out...
screwed up geometry test on friday... rats... so, am going to Daniel's cafeteria to have a chocolate fondue and a cake and sweet sweet coffee - to lift the mood up

discovery - you can't remove nail polish by using sliwowitz (for those who don't know what that is - imagine vodka with 52% of alcohol made from plums).

They opened yesterday and it's obviously crowded and expensive compared to average coffee shop.. but anyway... YAYS!!!

ages passed by since my last update... never mind
holidays are gone, passed all my exams, school takes almost all my time and this year I live with five girls from the same year with the same major. we talk architecture. we don't sleep, we breathe architecture, we live architecture. in the meantime we party and have fun.
talking about fun... visited Suzi last wednesday to see a play and it was fabulous. the play. and Suzi, as always. a soul mate to wish for :)

oh, it was St. Martin's yesterday and the first snow came. just as it should be. in your face - you global warming fanatics, haha!

First week of school passed!!!
I finally figured my time table, that was hard work. Managed to take the class my favourite teacher teaches, though - yay!
Met a lot of new people - including two new roommates. We're six girls there at the dorm - in three rooms with our own bathroom and kitchen. We're six crazy girls and as there is still not so much work, we partied practically every night. That's how I met or got to know other new people. Including one really really really handsome guy and another really really really funny one. My horizons are even more wide...
I survived a friendship crisis on Monday and now I'm going with the same friend to London for the weekend. Maybe life doesn't suck that much. I'm starting to become optimistic about it. For now.

Yup, that's right - autumn is deffinitely here. Looking around, seeing all those fab yellows and reds and fading greens. Wonderful.
I was travelling almost all Friday by two trams, two buses and one train, across the country to South Bohemia. There was this weekend party going on at an old mill. About fifteen people from architecture college and about another fifteen from elsewhere. Huge gang. Big fun. We baked a pig, had a lot of beers, listened to a very cool drum and base / ska / freak folk / whatever you can think of. Danced, played table tennis, played sharades, talked a lot, socialized... good times...
I was supposed to go to Tatry this week, but the trip was cancelled few hours ago. Most of the guys got sick. There is this wicked cold going from one to another... Its a pity, but not an end of the world, obviously. I buyed new trekking shoes, but there will be plenty of use for them in the future.
So, I got one last week of holidays before the school starts... maybe I will do some art! Hehe...

 My cold is better... don't sneeze that much...
My parents are out, somewhere at the old castle partying. I'm at home (apart from other things working for them). That's how it works these days. Mom has borrowed my magenta coat...
Anyway, I got a new haircut. The shortest lenghth with which is still possible to make a pony tail. Soooo, it's nothing earthshattering:)
And I'm depressed, I hope it's gonna pass after a good night sleep. Otherwise I would be really annoyed by myself.
Plus tomorrow I'm gonna see the dentist. I'm not scared, but yet, it's nothing pleasant either.
A positive thing - tomorrow's badminton and lunch with an old friend of mine.
I was kinda hoping to get an invitation from my Visual Arts teacher for the exhibition opening cocktail party tomorrow night (as she suggested and then promised twice)... but nothing.. so far... Maybe she'll make a quick phone call invitation tomorrow. I left the evening free for that case. I'm pathetic...
Back to work!

I don't feel well.
Mainly physically, (but also mentally... don't wanna write here about my problems here now, though.)
So  kleenex is my best friend these days, but there are more of us having fun, including tea mugs and advils. The party has started, I'm telling ya...

But before this, I was having quite a good time in Prague for few days. After finishing my last exam I stayed there for bit longer with Lenka and found new cafeteria and went to Warhol exhibition - both of them good. But the Warhol exhibition is seriously overrated. Nevermind.

I also bought a new coat. Yay me!!! It's magenta. 'Cause magenta seems to be really in this season. But that's not why I bought it. After that wonderful week of Drawing Practice I found my passion for colors, so...
I was wearing it already to the theater. And I must say it looked fabulous with simple black dress. I was deffinitely the most visible thing in the foyer.

I so hope this cold will be over quickly, because I have scheduled like million things for the next week. Apart from duties at home and errands to run and doctors to visit, I also hope to catch up with an old friend - and play badminton with her... also there is this party I want to attend... ever noticed that illnesses come in the worst possible time???

Today I'm gonna stay up at least till midnigh, 'cause our school server will open the "create your schedule" option. Wish me luck with that:-)

Just came home from my friend's place, where we drunk a bottle of wine together while watching Grey's Anatomy. Cool:-) We're rewatching the whole show, so now we're at season two, epi two. Gotta say, one must love Addison...

Beware of picspam of my flora coming later (but soon). There is this plant, little plant, called Boubelnik that blossomed today in such a sweet way I just need to share it. Btw, the name is so Czech I didn't even bother to translate it. But it could be like "Lil' Mr.Fatty" which isn't totally doing justice to the flower. You'll see...

Now I'm off to bed, 'cause I admit being just a little wasted...

Holly crap, I'm drunk.
Just came home from family reunion - my birthday, my cousin's birthday and my aunt's birthday all in one. With lots of food and lots of lots of drinking. I can't even count how many shots I had...
not to mention the beer...
but it was fun (surprisingly). and worth the tomorrow's hangover. Which I will not be even able to admit 'cause it's golf tournament.... whatever.
I feel fine now.
Don't wanna know how I'm gonna feel in the morning, though.
